ORBI firmware update page idle

When I log on to the router and navigate to [Advanced][Administration][Firmware Update], the firmware status does not show and the page  remains idle. Is there another way to confirm that both the router and the satellite are using the same version?

    Fast forward 5 hours later, everything is back to normal, with the firmware update page loading within seconds, showing both the router and its satellite sharing the same firmware version.

    What browser are you using? Try IE11, FF or Opera browsers to see.

    What version of FW do you have loaded currently?
