Orbi firmware update stalled
RBS50Firmware update has stalled. 15 minutes and counting. Satellite updated just fine. Now the router update has hung. Suggestions?

What app or browser are you using?
Try powering OFF the RBR and RBS, do they come back to ready with wired PC and web browser to access the RBRs web page? If so, I recommend downloading the FW update files for the RBR and RBS and manually install them using IE11, FF or Opera browser with a wired PC. Update the RBS first, then the RBR lastly.
What Mfr and model# ISP modem do you have connected to the RBR?
