Orbi firmwatre RBR20 app not working
Hi there, trying to do the firmware update as per email, the app keeps saying there was a problem checking firmware update. I am running iOS 13.
Please use a wire connected PC and a web browser to connect to the RBRs web page and update the FW there.
Others have seen issues with using the Orbi app to update the FW. I would not recommend this method.
If your Orbi system is working well. You don't have to update either.
