Just to clarify, it is the Orbi (and everything connected to it) that loses Internet?
Or, is it the device that moved that loses internet?

No. The Orbi stays connected.
It's only my wireless connections that lose connections (I think). I'm still setting things up but my desktop always stays connected and it's on the primary (not satellite) orbi. My main problem is with wireless connections to my phone, notebook, and laptop. I'm also having problems with a wired AV receiver and just this evening with my smart TV (Samsung 65") but these problems may be due to botched setup. My TV is back but still working on the receiver.

Wired connection time is up for 10 hours while wireless connection both 5g and 2.4 won’t stay up for 5 mins

New firmware sometimes introduces changes that are not compatible with the old configuration.
So while it isn't guaranteed to fix problems a factory reset is the first thing to try if you have issues with new firmware.
This is a nuisance because you then have to reconfigure the device all over again.
You can backup your settings before you reset and restore them later. But that may just bring back the fault. Then again, at least you will know if the reset fixed the problem. The factory reset is more a "witchcraft" move than a technically informed solution, but it does seem to fix problems, especially on the wifi front.
