Have you power cycled the system OFF then back ON after 1 minute?
If so, try a factory reset and set up from scratch?
Hi, Yes as mentioned in the original post I have power cycled and the reset button is unresponsive. The unit is as if it has been frozen and will not respond to anything I have tried. I have seen another post whereby someone else had the same issue and was sent a replacement.

Thank you I will try again tomorrow although my 90 day free support is up I appear to have hardware cover for another year.
