Orbi Help default gateway password and username Model: RBS50
So I am trying to connect to my default gateway192.168...etc by typing it into my browser search bar and when I do it brings up the little login box of username and password. I am pretty sure the or...
I have tried to do that and im pretty sure i am inputting the right one in. My serial number is located on the bottom of the orbi device under the label: SERIAL then lots of numbers and letters. I tried to input that in and it says that it does not match.
Have you tried to use another web browser?

I have just tried to use internet explorer and i ended up getting the same thing. Once admin and password would not work i proceeded to put in my serial number under the label "serial" UNDER my orbi router. Did not work. Please anyone help
