Orbi Home Wifi

Question

So, I went to log into my Orbi today via the app to make sure it was up to date, and it said it appears my Orbi was never configured. However, I did configure it months ago and am currently using the WiFi. It asked me if I want to configure it, so I said yes. I logged in and started walking through the steps, and it is stuck at this screen (pic). It says router not found... but I am using the WiFi on the Orbi to send this message, which obviously is getting a connection via the router, which makes no sense to me....help please!

Use the web interface. The phone app isn't very good. It happens to me that sometimes it says there is no orbi router, I close, reopen and it works fine
