Orbi in AP mode master unit stays pink - cannot access it??

Hi,

 

Im using Orbi in AP mode and just tried to update to latest FW.

Now I have the problem that the master unit after rebooting goes pink and I cannot access it with orbilogin even if I connect a LAN cable into one of ports...

 

But my wifi is on.

 

If I do a scan with Fing I see that the master unit is greyed out but shows as an access point, the satellite unit appears to work OK, no error lights...

 

So how do I access my master unit now?

I dont know if the FW upadte worked or not.

 

I did have this problem some weeks ago but moving to last FW seemed to fixit nowthis current FW seems to have st me back a lot!

    Hello aynok 

     

    you may need to factory reset the unit or if you are trying to get back into the GUI you would have to find the new IP address that was assigned to the orbi by your main router then use that IP address in your web browser.
