Orbi is only getting 5 Ghz in AP Mode
Is there a reason that I am only getting 5 Ghz band on my Orbi in AP mode? I've seen some posts that say you can set the channels to 2.4 Ghz. How would I do that in AP mode?

Channel settings are the same in router and AP mode.
2.4G channels can be set to "Auto", where the Orbi periodically scans to find the optimum setting or to any channel from 1 to 11 (12 or 13 in certain countries).
5G channels can be set to 36, 40, 44, or 48 (in the US. Don't know about other countries).
How have you determined that the Orbi is not broadcasting a 2.4G channel?

I'm on the Orbi app on my Android device. Under the Device Manager tab, it shows 5 Ghz and Wired. There is no 2.4 Ghz listed. I haven't been able to login back into orbilogin.com since I switched to AP mode.

The Orbi app should show the IP address of the Orbi base unit. Point the web browser to the IP address, rather than the "name", i.e. something like http://192.168.0.2 rather than http://orbilogin.net.
Are all of your WiFi devices present on the device list?

I found the IP Address for the base unit on the Orbi app, but still could not connect to the router login page. I guessing that I need to be wired in over Ethernet and my laptop would need to be set to an IP address in the same subnet mask range. Assuming that this is correct, would I plug into the Ethernet port or the Internet port on the back of the Orbi? Internet maybe?

Never the WAN (Internet) port. That is what connects the Access Point to the primary router. If that link is severed, no device will get an IP address.
We "old timers" prefer the familiarity of a wired ethernet connection, but it should not be necessary. Any device that is connected to the Orbi (ethernet or WiFi) should ask for an IP address and automatically be given one in the same subnet as the Orbi. If it is a Windows laptop, you can open a Command Windows and type the command:
ipconfig /all
This will show the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS, etc. assigned to the port (ethernet or WiFi).
