ORBI KEEPS STOPPING - App Update caused my Orbi App to not open -V2.11.5.1716

How strange. My Android phone app remains on version 2.11.0.1661

There is a web site  called APK Mirror that archives past versions of almost every Android app.  Use of it is described in this article:

When uninstalling and reinstalling apps, it is a good idea to erase their data and cache.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
