Orbi Lag spikes

Please open a Command Prompt on any computer attached to Orbi and type:

> tracert 8.8.8.8 (or traceroute 8.8.8.8 if you're using a Mac computer)

1. If you see two private IP addresses listed in the first two hops then you have double NAT, and this can be the reason for the issue you’re reporting 
2. If you see only one private address and the second hop shows a public address, then you’re all good and we need then to troubleshoot further to find the cause of the issue,

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? If so,

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

I just bought the Orbi with a single satellite a month ago. It worked perfectly until like a week ago and now when I play it's unplayable. 50 ping to 300 ping every 5 seconds or so. Very frustrating, please help. Thanks
