Orbi LBK1220 4GX router with satellite
Unable to connect Orbi router to network. Have had SIM card changed and tried app on different devices but still won't connect. Took to communications technician and he tried connecting via Ethernet cable with no result. Has anyone had similar problems?

If your router cannot access the Internet over a mobile broadband connection, check the following:
- Make sure that the nano SIM card is inserted correctly into the router.
- Check with your LTE provider to ensure that good coverage exists in the area.
- Make sure that your LTE provider account is active.
- Check to see if the router gets better access to the mobile broadband signal if you move the router closer to a window or higher up in your home.
- Check to see if your LTE provider is experiencing network problems. It might not be that the router cannot connect to the Internet, but rather that your LTE provider cannot provide an Internet connection.
- You might need to change the APN. Contact your LTE provider.
