Orbi LBR20 can’t connect to the internet

Question

I have spent hours trying to connect to the internet. I have restarted the Orbi multiple times. I have manually set the APN to NXTGENPHONE. I have changed the PDP to IPv4v6. I have reset the whole thing after getting a new SIM card. I have drug the Orbi into the nearest ATT store. They suggest I send the thing back. The tower flickered magenta once. The internet in the app went from offline to online for a fraction of a second. I’m ready to pitch the thing

Have you tried setting APN to broadband&nbsp;I understand that AT&amp;T has two APNbroadbandnxtgenphone&nbsp;
