Orbi lbr20 with AT&T issues
I recently had an at&t associate help me out with getting an Orbi and adding a line to my account. Speeds are great! The only issue I’m having is when it comes to videos, it seems to be capped at ~1.5mbps. If I pull a speed test, it’ll show 130mbps down. If I go to the video test it’s showing I’m only able to do 240p.
I see that at&t has an option called video management or something like that. It caps video at SD and shows 1.5mbps. Every time I turn the option off and give the Orbi full speed, it works fantastic for a few hours, and then it starts buffering again and back to 240p.
When I go back to the at&t settings, it is still showing off. If I turn it on and back off, it’ll be good for an hour or so then back to buffering.
My question is, does anyone have a fix for this or have experienced the same thing or is something goofy with the Orbi going on?
