Orbi login not finding Satellite but seems to be working / Gennie and Orbi App not working

Firmware V1.9.1.12

 

Thing have been running great for a few months. When I logged in to Orbilogin.com I noticed it said I had zero satalittes. When I went to check on firmware or connected devices, both just listed the RBK50 and not the S. I have one and I know it is working because I tested a computer ethernet with it. Also coverage is fine. I then tried to log into the Genie app and it would not log into the router. Then tried Orbi app and its says nextwork connection is busy. 

 

I then went to sync the sytem again and did get a blue light on the satelitte but still do not see it in the adim. 

 

So things seem to be working with the Internet Satelite and normaly I would just let it go and not worry about it. However, I am concern that I will not get future firmware on my Satelitte and there is a hidden issue.  Plus, I want to use the apps.

 

Is this a known issue? I searched the commuity forms and online and did not see the issue. Any suggetions?

    Hello Dojan

     

    You can check the satellite by going to the ip address in the web browser it will bring up its own page and show the firmware version and whats connected to it. As for the apps have you tried reinstalling them?
