Orbi loosing Internet Connection
Hello - I have had my Orbi installed for less than a week. 3 time now it has lost all connection to the internet. I have to reboot, unplug, both the Orbi and my modem multiple time before I can get...

Hello Everyone
We have release firmware version 1.12.0.18 this firmware has fixes for disconnects and many more I posted the release notes below.

If you are still having issues after updating your Orbi unit you may want to factory reset the Orbi and test again. If you are still having disconnect issues or other issues with this firmware please create a new thread or contact our support team.

Agreed. I see at least 4 people here that seem to be causing the issues. I came here looking to fix my orbi disconnecting and not see bickering back and forth.

[Internet disconnected] Saturday, March 18, 2017 14:36:34so it should be clear to most that my upstream dchp server is just repooling my ip address for the orbi every 12 hours and this is normal , i have my orbi in ap mode connected to an asus router
so apart from that and some weirdness last saturday i have little in the way of drop outs
if others post their logs we may be able to see similar patterns

I'm going to have to put my ASUS router back online because the Orbi is just not stable at all. This product should have been tested for quality well before releasing it to the mainstream. I am very disappointed.
