- I have tried this several times, but it hasn’t worked. I’ve held it as long as 2 minutes but the green power light does not change colors, and it will not even do the factory reset. I guess this is Orbi’s way of forcing you to upgrade. Very disappointing!!

Need to press the reset button for 30 seconds then release, then it send to PUT the command and upload the FW.
