ORBI Micro Router

I am having drop out issues with my Sonos sound system that is attached via Wifi to my ORBI.

Sonos support has recommended that I resolve issues by changing the ORBI router transmission channels to either 1,6 or 11 !!

 

is this possible, and if so how ?

    Yes, Log into the RBRs web page with a PC or laptop and use a web browser to access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com.
