Orbi Mini RBrb40

My Orbi Mini RBR40 keeps loosing internet connection.  I have to constantly throughout the day open the app to get it back online.  I have a wireless Mac and another WIFI within the home for other business.  Can anyone tell me how to get it to stop going to sleep? Oh and somehow I got locked out of my orbi account so I can't access it throught the Orbilogin link.

    If you got locked out you will have to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then set the orbi system up again. The default login will be admin/password.
