Orbi Modem/Router downstream led blinking. modem offline earlier.
I have an orbi cbr40 modem/router with a satellite. had no problems with it or isp since i got it (2ish months). today, the modem went offline and there was no internet access. I turned it on and off a couple of times. took the cable off and reinstalled it. isp says there were no service outages in my area on their website. Now, the downstream led is constantly blinking. there is internet access again, but it is running at about 20% of the speed it usually runs at. I would like to keep "call isp" and "reset orbi" as last options if possible.
any suggestions?

log into it and click on cable connection. it'll show the link back to the isp.
Take a screen snip of it all and post it back here with the logs.
that lets us check a quick snip of your connection to the isp.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
