I can confirm that Circle is working once enabled on RBR50 & RBS50.

Did you do something to get it enabled? I keep getting the error seen in the attachment.

    I loaded the beta firmware, did not do an resets and I was able to enble Circle with no problem.

    Are you trying to do this with the app or have you tried doing it from the Web GUI? 

    Your attachment is showing the app... I would suggest trying to enable it from the Web GUI/Interface from your PC instead.
