Orbi MR 2.1 Update 3/23/18
Our teams are still working through the issues, but I wanted to provide a quick update on OrbiOS 2.1. We usually wait to release our software until it's available across all Orbi product lines, but ...

Pink doesn't mean the router is crashing necessarily. The poster hasn't proven weather or not if the ISP services and signal to his modem is working properly from the ISP. This needs to be checked first to ensure the signal from the ISP service thru the modem is to spec.

most the time when the device crashes it goes pink - its pretty good at crashing every 14 hours on the dot now -- just check these forms once a day for a working firmware ..

How are you determining it's a crash?
Can you access the routers or satellies UI when this happens?
Ping 192.168.1.1 from a comrmand line?
You might enable some debug logging, someting to give to NG support...
If you feel this is a router or HW problem, I would recommend you contact NG support and talk to someone. This maybe beyond something that a FW update can fix.

Other then creating an RMA there unhelpful they have all the details - they don't even have access to the beta software the first 4 had no clue of a problem, even after linking these threads created by employees

I am experiencing the same trouble. Devices connected to the router are working fine. Devices connected to the Satellites are losing connection or appears everything is fine and there is no internet connection.
The problem is the satellite not the router. I had similar trouble on firmware 2.1.2.18 and installed 2.1.3.4 and it is still the same issue.
However I did not do the factory reset before installing firmware 2.1.3.4
