This indicates that there is a device in the house somewhere that knows the Orbi SSID/password and has connected.  The correct way to make it "go away" is to disconnect it from the Orbi WiFi or power it off.

Since it is not obvious which device this is, one suggestion is to go into the Orbi Advanced Tab, Security, Access Control and

• Set Access Control to "On"
• Select that device (by clicking on the circle next to it)
• Click "Block"
• Click "Apply"

This will disconnect the device from the Internet.  Eventually someone will say something like

• "Hey, the sprinklers aren't working any more"
• "Hey, the TV in the back bedroom doesn't stream Netflix anymore"
• "Hey, Alexa can't turn the floor lamp on anymore"
• or....

Just personally, I would at least copy the MAC address of this device and look up the manufacturer on a web site such as

https://www.wireshark.org/tools/oui-lookup.html  Maybe the manufacturer that made the WiFi chip will be a clue as to which device this is.
