Orbi native network with no internet, but guest network's net works

Hi,

My native network worked fine until two weeks ago, then one morning our laptops (one apple, one toshiba, one dell) would not connect to the internet when connected to the router.  They can connect to the internet when they are connected to the sattelites (so they only work in the far sides of our house).  The other devices we have on the network (lights, cameras,etc) have no problems on either the router or sattelies.

When I set up a guest network, it will work on the laptops at any connection point.  So the temp fix is putting all the laptops on the guest network, but that doesn't address the underlying problem with the router.
