Hello 726,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you have an NBR750 that is not connecting to your preferred 5Ghz network band when available. The NBR750 was designed to automatically connect to either LTE or 5Ghz network band. If this setting has been changed then your NBR750 will be locked to the LTE network band.
Please try the following steps to fix this issue:
First, Navigate to > ADVANCED> Administration> Firmware Update> Online update> then click check to ensure that your NBR750 is on the current firmware.
Then, Navigate to Orbilogin.com> ADVANCED> Setup> Internet Setup > Mobile Broadband Settings > Network Mode (Menu)> select Automatic (This setting will allow your NBR750 to connect to your desired 5Ghz network band.)
For more information on the features on your NBR750 please navigate to the link below:

Please let us know if you have additional questions!

Thanks for the info and directions. I am running the current firmware. I also have the network mode set to Automatic. 4G is also a choice and 5G is not. It will not connect to 5G, however the M6 sitting next to it will connect to 5G with full bars. I even switched sim cards with the M6 to make sure I had a 5G capable sim card.

I have the same problem.
I cannot get it to connect to 5G. i am using Windtre in Italy (Valledoria).
The Sim card works fine on 5G when moved to either of our Mobile phones.
Are there any solution to this proble. When setting it up "Auto" it is still stuck at the LTE 4G band.
