I'm not sure how to trace an IP address from a Mac computer but I was able to ping the IP.
There are not settings blocking anything in the Orbi.

I believe it's just "traceroute" on a Mac. Also, did you tell it to ping the IP address? Try the domain name instead, hulu.com. That will tell you whether the issue is with your DNS being unable to resolve hulu.com to an IP address, which could explain why you aren't able to stream anything from hulu.com on your home network. It's not just that you need to be able to contact the Hulu servers, but that you need to be able to resolve them. I used
c:\>tracert hulu.com
and not
c:\>tracert 23.67.121.33
because not only did I want to check the connection between my computer and Hulu's server, but also because I wanted to test that my DNS server would resolve hulu.com to 23.67.121.33 (obviously, it was working, since I was using Hulu at the time, but demo). Also, what are the DNS settings on your Orbi? Are they set to "Get Automatically from ISP," or have you manually configured them? You could try changing your DNS settings on the Orbi. If you've manually configured them, try either getting them from the ISP automatically, or changing them to another DNS server. If they're from your ISP, try manually setting them. You can use 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 for Cloudflare, and 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 for Google, or pick a different provider if you prefer. Then try accessing Hulu again. If it doesn't work, try traceroute again (again, use hulu.com and not Hulu's IP address).
