Orbi not getting power (Green LED won't even come on)

I have had my Orbi RBR50 for a few days now. Two nights ago, something happened and now my Orbi is not getting power. I unplugged the router and plugged it into an outlet that I had a lamp plugged into (So I know the power to the outlet was good) to no avail. The green LED on the back won't even come on. Is there anything I could do? Or would a return be my best bet? I love the Orbi, being in a metal building it's the only thing I have been able to get working and have fast enough speeds around the house to do anything.

 

Can anyone help me with this???
