Re Outdoor Orbi satellite RBS50Y-I've just installed into a newtork thats been stable for over a year with wired Orbi Satellites and wi-fi connected ones - I'm having exactly the same problem - the satellite is stable and then after a few hours starts going orange to blue then ultimately Magenta...2 questions
does anyone have a fix
is it possible to hardwire via ethernet backhaul to another satellite?

Factory reset and setup from scratch?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?The satellite can be wired to the router.
