Orbi outdoor satellite

My system recognizes my out door satellite but my devices never seem to connect to it and on system map it does not show up (but shows on list of satellites as working). This is the 4th satellite I have. Any suggestions as to the issue? The router is RBR50, 3 other RBS50 satellites

    Turn OFF all other satellites leaving the outdoor satellite running. Do any devices connect then?

    What is the distances between the router and satellites?
