Orbi parental control blocks all websites even when disabled

Hi there
My orbi parental control is in wild mode! I disabled PC and yet it is blocking all kinds of content from reaching my son's device.

Any suggestions!

    Have you tried to factory reset the unit and then set it up again? also do you have any other routers connected to the network?
