Orbi Playstation Network Connection Issue
Wow! I spent the last 6 hours trying to figure out why my Orbi Mesh Wifi system wasn't connecting to PSN on my playstation 3 counsle. Watch this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv3N3eNqOV4 ) and try manually entering the DNS server on the ps3 to either 8.8.8.4. (Primary) / 8.8.4.4. (secondary) OR the 1.1.1.1. /1.0.0.1. did the trick! All i did was enter it during wifi set up and then sign out of PSN and sign in again. Note that during "test connection" it will still say "failed" under PSN. Disregard that, sign out of PSN and then sign back in. Should do the trick!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Buit in router here by chance? If so, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
