I have done #3 - where I shut off the wireless output of the ATT router. I have connected the Orbi Router unit to the ATT router. I have the two satellite units spaced out in various places around the home. I have a 5000 sqft home. Hence the reason for purchasing the orbi's. But, it seems that I have to reset the router unit everyday because the two satellites have no output. I can be sitting next to a satellite and run a speed test, and all I get is an error message that no isp is found. I thought maybe the satellites and the router unit may have different firmware on them. So, I tried logging into to the router unit, but I cannot login through orbilogin.com nor can I login through the app.

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
