Orbi questions

in the Orbi app, on the network map page my router has a pink circle next to it and the satellite has a green circle - does that indicate a problem?

on the main screen it says 'internet: offline' though it clearly is online! is this a bug or something else?

My understanding is that the magenta color (similar to pink) indicates the Orbi has no internet connection.   This web site indicates that the "Ring Light" at the top of the Orbi is supposed to "pulse magenta".  https://kb.netgear.com/31030/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Orbi-router-and-satellite-mean If your Orbi is not "pulsing magenta" and you are in fact using the Orbi to reach this forum, then obviously the app is incorrect.

"Why? or maybe How?" is a good question.  Perhaps someone on the Orbi App forum has an idea.https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app

My first thought is that the app thinks you are using "Remote Management" and is not able to contact the Orbi using the Netgear "Cloud" mechanism.  But, I have little expertise with the app.
