Orbi R50 router and satellite have no internet connection
Hello, i have been using my Orbi R50 Router and satellite for over 18 months with no issue- the other night both stopped working during the night, the satellite glows purple and the router flashes in...
Yes i have tried several times to reset and reboot the Orbi router, i have also tried to set up as a new device through the app and it states cannot connect to Orbi59, it looks like its not picking up the internet connection from the modem, which i have tested with my Mac book direct to the modem and this connects fine

After you reset the Orbi router, did you configure it again with the app, as once reset you have to start from the beginning as it is a new RBR50?
This is what I have tried, just say cannot connect to orbi59 both the router and the satellite are pulsating white, when I go to the wifi in settings and try to connect it states under the name "no internet connection" it may be the reset to factory settings has not worked but I have tried this several times.
They are probably pulsating because you HAVE TO reconfigure from scratch using the app.
Reset the internet modem, plug the orbi router in and connect to Internet router, turn on the Orbi router, load the app and reconfigure. Once router is reconfigured and you have internet. Plug in satellite, tuen it on and use the app to connect it.
