Orbi random rebooting

I have just bought an ORBI RBK43 AC2200 a couple of weeks ago. After the first configurations, it means just setting up a new SSID name and password for Orbi Wi-Fi, the router unit started to drop off...

Hello alexandernunes

 

I would factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds see if that behavior changes if not I suggest contacting support.

Hi,

 

I have reseted the unit to factoy default settings, but it didn't work either. The unit is unable to update the firmware as a message on app says.
