If you are still having disconnect issues with the latest firmware send me a PM with your name email and phone and I will get you in contact with support to work on this.

My Orbi keeps losing internet connection daily and I have to reboot both the modem and wifi. How do I fix it?

    Call their tech support. If they can't help get a different router. That's what I did.
