If you are still having disconnect issues with the latest firmware send me a PM with your name email and phone and I will get you in contact with support to work on this.

I have the latest firmware update and have factory reset both router and 2 satellites. My router will randomly reboot and flash white. This is very annoying.

    Same problem here.  I work from home and I really need my internet connection to be reliable.

    I have stopped counting the number of times per day I get disconnected.  Have tried all the solutions available without success.

      Do you happen to have a Google Pixel or Pixel 2 phone? Another device on Android 8.0 or 8.1?

        Hi,

         

        Yes, I have a Google Pixel 2 phone.  However, I do not notice the problem with my phone since it must switch to my LTE network when it needs to and I just don't notice the switch.  The real problem is with my Dell Laptop (Windows 10).  I work all day from home and I must get disconnected at least 20 times per day which is really annoying and frustrating.  I have just disconnected the satellite router, it is the only thing I haven't tried.
