Thanks, wish it would be worthwhile to hold-my-breath for the fix. Reverting to my aged Apple base station confirms problem is due to the Orbi.
Not sure if of interest but the devices in our house are: variety of Apple devices (iPhones (3), iPads (3), iMacs (2), Apple TV (3), and Roku (2), Samsung smart TV (1). It's odd how the problem seems to start suddenly after some period of working normally.

Hey everybody,
I think I might have stumbled upon a fix. I disabled Daisy-Chain technology and my internet has been active for 5 days now with no downtime. WIll reply if internet goes down again but this appears to have fixed it.

If you read some of the earlier comments many have disabled Daisy Chaining, as recommended by Netgear, and their problem persists. I hope it works for you:manhappy:
- vreynoldsJan 08, 2018LuminaryThanks ryeco I believe this is one of the settings the Netgear support staff is recommending be turned off. I'll have to check and see if I've done it on mine.
- vreynoldsJan 08, 2018LuminaryOkay, mine is on, and I have been going more than 6 days without a reboot. This is the longest in over a month it's been stable. I wish I knew what I changed in my house. If anything, I've added more devices, including a Nvidia Shield which I believe is Android 8.0 something.

If this information can help,
My Orbi problems started about 3 weeks after I purchased the unit.
I didn't return the unit soon enough and I'm now stuck with it. I have a few Android samsung devices, One Pixel 2 phone, one LG phone,2 ios devices, two smart tvs and 2 computers.
After a lot of trial and error, I have changed a few settings and my WiFi has been working
very well for more than 2 weeks. Those are the settings that I changed (those settings havebeen posted multiple times on the forum so most of the users following this thread should be familiar with them)
- Disabled Daisy-Chain Topology
- Disabled Implicit BEAMFORMING
- Disabled MU-MIMO
- Disabled Fast RoamingThose settings alone did not work.
I downloaded and ran this application: WirelessNetView
and changed my 2.4GHz Channel to a channel that had a combination of Good signal
+ no neighbors that used the same channel as the one I selected.I also changed the location of my satellite router. Now, my main router and my satellite router
are farther appart. Is this luck? I don't know, but everything has been working well for more than 2 weeks.
