(wired PC or laptop? mobile device after logging into Orbi WiFi network?)
I seem to recall that the last time I did a Factory Reset and connected with a wired computer, that it didn't ask for a login at all, and went immediately to the setup process.
PC hardwired into satellite.

The WiFi SSID changes to the SSID printed on the product label.

That's correct. Really don't know what to do, but I appreciate you replying and trying to help, but I have done everything the support documents says to do.
