orbi rb50 and vpn

I live in Costa Rica and want to Stream US Progaming with Roku.  How can i do that with the orbi system.  Talk to me like I an a kid so i can understand.

    Have you talked to the people who supply VPNs?

     

    Some require customised firmware which may or may not be available for you Orbi, which is a pretty basic router.
