ORBI RB50 internet port auto negotiation issues

When conducting a speed test on the ORBI RBK50 I indentified that I was only reciving a up and download speed of 10Mbps. The internet port displyed that it had only auto negotied at 10Mbps/Full. I have a sagecomm modem/router in bridged mode for the use oF the modem to connect to FTTN NBN.

 

If I reset the Orbi it will some times re negotiate at 100Mbps/Full howvere when conducting a speed test after i will recieve download of 35 Mbps but no upload speed.

 

Is there some settings i have failed to configure or is this a faulty system. I have replace the cabling. My system Backbone is Cat6a.

    What FW version is currently loaded on the router? 

    Try a factory reset on the router and walk thru the setup wizard. After it completes, don't enable the speedtest app, traffic meter or access control. Run some wired connected PC speed tests with a browser at speedtest.net or with your ISP speedtests site.
