Orbi RB50 Satellites won't broadcast 2.4G
Satellites won't broadcast 2.4G. All 2.4G try to connect to the main router on the other end of the house, with resulting abysmal speed, even if I set them ON TOP of the satellite. Nothing connects to either satellite at 2.4G, so they do not appear to broadcast that at all.
Is this broken firmware or is there a way to turn this back on?

Use a wifi analyzer to see if the 2.4Ghz signal is actually there.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Just loaded the latest Firmware 2.7.2.24 update and yes, the power up sequence has been performed as part of that, multiple times actually.
3600sq ft, I'm sure there's 30ft between router and the upstair satellite, probably not between the router and the basement one.
Xfinity and netgear modem; doesn't seem to be any issue with that. The speed test in the router bios is super fast (711Mbps download, 24 upload)

I agree. There are numerous free apps that will report the strength of WiFi signals by each access point MAC address.
For Android, my favorite is WiFi Analyzer by Kevin Yuan. The access point display shows the channel and signal strength of each WiFi SSID from each WiFi MAC address.
For Windows, WiFi Info View by nirsoft lists the information in one table.
