Orbi RBK 30
Hi all,
I have just un boxed an ORBI RBK30 and set it up with no issues.
I attempted to update the firmware in the app and was asked for a username and password.
I entered the factory settings password and it says that it is incorrect.
I get taken to a screen which asks me to answer 2 security questions.
The issue is I can’t answer them as I didn’t set these questions up.
Is there an alternative factory user name and password I can use?
The manual says that admin / password should work but it isn’t.
I even reset the Orbi using the reset button and set it up again just in case I missed something
Any help is appreciated.

So doing a factory reset and walking thru it's set up wizard initially doesn't work? This should help you set up the unit first and input new log in information then get it connected to the main wireless. Once this is done, then you should be able to upgrade FW if needed.

That correct, I held the reset button on the back of the main unit for over a minute and reset the system up.
Still asking me for username and password when it should be at factory settings.
Never had this happen before.
The App did not refresh through it just reconnected again which was weird.
Normally I would wipe it using a PC but now can’t log on to even do that.
