Orbi RBK 50 AC3000

I purchased a used orbi and cant register it, says already registered. I called ng support and they told me to email customer.service@netgear.com with a case number to transfer over my information. Can anyone guide me in the right direction or some advice. Thanks in advance

      Hey Blanca I emailed them yesterday and no reply yet..I was hoping someone here sees the post and see able to help le transfer over my registration
