What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Current firmware is Orbi 2.3.1.60
Size of home is 3,600 sq feet (I am testing on a Sonos that is within 15 feet of Orbi router)
Distance between Orbi router and Satellite is about 38 feet.
I tried changing channels to 1, 6 and 11 without success.
I do have wifi neighbors, there are about 10 SSIDs that come up when I search for a network.
I enabled Beamforming and WMM and I tried diabling Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6..
Still received the same error when trying to play music direct from my Sonos App on my iPhone which is the error loading queue 701. If I try to request Alexa to play music it will play, if I ask Alexa to play music on Sonos it is silent. My current Sonos show connected to the 2.4 ghz channel.
If there are any other ideas or anyone has had success with an Sonos - Orbi - Arris BGW210 it would be great to hear how/if you were able to get it to work.
Thank you!
