Orbi RBK12 - question about setting up bridge mode on combined router/modem

Thanks to both of you for all your help. FURRYe38, after reading CrimpOn's previous reply I logged on to orbilogin.net (after putting the modem in bridge mode) and went in to the settings page and saw the question about whether my internet connection needs a log in and thought "hmm, maybe it does" (the setting was on the "no" option). Then I saw the setup wizard and thought I might as well do that as an easier way of trying to sort everything out. And it turns out that the issue was that I hadn't put in the internet login information! Then I looked at my email and saw your reply telling me to do exactly that :). Anyway, it all seems to be working now. Thanks again!
