Orbi RBK13: Correct password isn't working on iPad

Help!  I needed to change my password on the Netgear site (using desktop computer).  Dealing with another problem (security camera), the support person (Blink) told me to "forget" my Orbi login info ...

You changed the login info for the router? or the connection info for the ssid (wireless network)?
Not sure as you weren't very clear
