Thanks plemans,

 

It looks like what you have suggested could be the case.  I have tried just removing my old router all together and looking to get a Network Switch to expand the number of ports (part of the reason for getting the Orbi is that the Wifi performance of the old router is terrible).

 

When I removed the old router, the issue remained so thinking I might need to go back to factory settings and try installing again without the original router.

 

I'll let you know how I get on but probably won't be until the weekend as it's essential we have wifi for work so don't want to start playing with it just yet.

plemans Just wanted to come back and say thanks.  I've managed to sort this out this weekend and it was exactly as you suggested.  Removed the old router, and rebooted my modem and this has worked perfectly.
