Orbi RBK23 Camera Issue

Hello,

I have recently set up my new orbi router system. Everything is working great except I cannot access my surveillance cameras via my phone app. My NVR shows offline and I have tried to troubleshoot with both the NVR settings and the ORBI settings. I'm assuming it is a setting within the router given that is the new variable. Any help on what I should be looking at would be appreciated. The NVR display reads as an IPC disconnect.

There are many potential issues here.  The NVR User Manual may provide the information needed.

    It would help to know:

    • The brand and model of NVR (so we can find the User Manual on line)
    • How cameras are connected to the NVR:
      Directly to the NVR? or
Connected to the network that the NVR is also connected to
    • Does the NVR "work" except for the phone app?
    • Does the phone app not work
When the phone is connected to the Orbi WiFi, or
When the phone is away from home, or
      Both?

      CrimpOn,

      Appreciate the response.

The camera system is Onwote model # kn504-w. The cameras are connected wirelessly to the network.
Yes, the cameras connect/display on the monitor connected to the receiver. Just doesn't on the phone like it did with the old wireless setup.
Phone app doesn't connect home or away.

I'm assuming it is a ip issue with the nvr and how it connects to the wireless. Just driving myself crazy troubleshooting.

      Thanks
