Orbi rbk23 looses connection

Hi! Has anyone experienced connection loss randomly. One moment, the status on the iPhone app says online, the next moment, it says offline. It’ll only turn back on after I switched the connection...

Yes, but mine was in warranty period. and got repaired. your device is in warranty or not??
